1 - What are the dates for 2012 show?

February 24-26, 2012 in Knoxville, TN.

2 - What are the hotels for 2012?

The host hotels are the Hilton Knoxville and the Crowne Plaza. Special rates are available for Heartland Travel Showcase delegates.

3 - How accessible is Knoxville from other cities?

Six major airlines fly into Knoxville. There are direct flights from Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Detroit, Minneapolis, New York and Philadelphia.

4 - Where does the trade show take place?

The state of the art Knoxville Convention Center located adjacent to the World's Fair Park.

5 - As a supplier or Tour Operator do I need to be a member to participate in the show?

No, however Ohio Travel Association members do receive a discount.

6 - How are the appointments selected?

Both the Exhibitors and the Tour Operators select who they want to have appointments with.

7 - Which party is seated and are the booths decorated?

The Exhibitors are seated at exhibit booths, the operators come to the booths for the appointments.  Many Exhibitors decorate their booths to give the operators a sampling of what they can expect when they visit their destination.
