The Westin Convention Center is the host hotel. The Westin is directly connected to the Convention Center.

3 - How accessible is Pittsburgh from other cities?

Pittsburgh is a hub for USAirways with many direct, low-cost flights available.

4 - Where does the trade show take place?

Pittsburgh's high-tech green convention center, the David L. Lawrence Convention Center

5 - As a supplier or tour operator do I need to be a member to participate in the show?

No. However members of the Ohio Travel Association do receive a
discount.

6 - How are the appointments selected?

Both the exhibitors and the operators select who they want to have appointments with.  The tour operators receive a manuscript that is developed from information that all registered exhibitors provide.  The exhibitors will be directed to a special web site with all of the registered tour operator’s profile information.

7 - Which party is seated and are the booths decorated?

The exhibitors are seated at exhibit booths, the operators come to the booths for the appointments.  Many exhibitors decorate their booths to give the operators a sampling of what they can expect when they visit their destination.

8 - How many available appointments are there?

There are 65 available appointments.  The appointments are 6 minutes long.

9 - Lodging?

The Wes tin Convention Center is the host hotel. The hotel is directly connected to the convention center.
