5 - As a supplier or Tour Operator do I need to be a member to participate in the show?
No. However members of the Ohio Travel Association do receive a
discount.
6 - How are the appointments selected?
Both the Exhibitors and the Tour Operators select who they want to have appointments with. The Tour Operators receive a manuscript that is developed from information that all registered exhibitors provide. The Exhibitors will be directed to a special web site with all of the registered Tour Operator’s profile information.
7 - Which party is seated and are the booths decorated?
The Exhibitors are seated at exhibit booths, the operators come to the booths for the appointments. Many Exhibitors decorate their booths to give the operators a sampling of what they can expect when they visit their destination.
8 - How many available appointments are there?
There are 68 available appointments. The appointments are 6 minutes long. Most Tour Operators will attend 68 appointments. Most Exhibitors will have between 20-30 appointments.
