The Cracker Barrel is a session for buyers (operators) and sellers (restaurants, attractions, hotels etc) to share their thoughts. From a more global aspect, it is an opportunity to discuss overall changes and trends in the Travel Industry. From a more local aspect, it is an opportunity for participants to discuss concerns and opportunities between themselves. During this one hour session, a variety of subjects volunteered both by the moderator, and hopefully the audience will be discussed. So bring your ideas!
