Dutchman Hospitality Group, Inc., is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to work within the Marketing Department in beautiful Walnut Creek, located in the heart of Amish country. This is not a remote position.
The Graphic Designer produces and oversees creative solutions to address our marketing needs. To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You should also have experience executing projects from conception to production, including designing for digital, social and print projects. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and involves working closely with other marketing and company associates.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage the creation of visual and graphic elements for marketing-related materials,
- Ensure all templates, graphics, visual elements and materials adhere to defined brand guidelines and design standards
- Proactively work with project owners to move requests forward and maintain set deadlines while providing outstanding service
- Maintain organized library of all project files
- Coordinate printing and delivery of materials
- Collaborates and brainstorms new ideas with the marketing team
Skills you’ll bring along
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Detail oriented with a strong sense of urgency
- Demonstrates strong typography skills, excellent understanding of color usage, attention to detail and brand awareness.
- Be willing to negotiate in a team setting

- Full time M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm
- This is an onsite position in Walnut Creek, OH (no remote work)
