Ohio Travel Association’s 2009 RUBY Award Winners

Congratulations to the winners of OTA’s 2009 RUBY Awards presented by Ohio Magazine, which was held during the Ohio Conference on Tourism, October 21-23 in Cincinnati.
OTA’s RUBY Awards recognize excellence in Ohio’s travel and tourism industry for efforts in advertising, marketing and public relations. In this year’s competition, 143 entries were submitted by nearly 40 businesses and organizations. Five judges reviewed entries in 15 categories. Among the 15 categories, six categories were separated into budget classifications for organizations having an operating budget above or below $500,000. Three new categories were added this year: Electronic Newsletter/E-Bulletin, Blog and Social Networking Campaign. Thanks to all who participated in the competition. And now … here are the winners!
