Paul Sherlock Award


Paul Sherlock Award     Each year, an OTA member is selected as the Paul Sherlock Award
     recipient as an outstanding industry leader. Paul Sherlock was a pioneer
     in Ohio tourism who believed Ohio had the potential to be a top
     destination in the domestic market. The award honors Paul’s devotion
     to the advancement of tourism in Ohio. Therefore, the Paul Sherlock
     award recognizes the tourism professional who best exemplifies the
     philosophies of Paul Sherlock, and who has made significant contributions
     to Ohio’s tourism industry.

OTA proudly honors a tourism leader with the Paul Sherlock Award for excellence in Ohio’s travel and tourism industry. Since 1975, OTA has recognized one who has made an impact to advance tourism throughout Ohio. This annual award is the state tourism industry’s highest honor.
