Hours: Full-Time position

Reports to: Course Manager & Owners

Overview: Accounting and Payroll Administrator is responsible for maintaining accurate and current accounting records, along with all payroll transactions and reporting for assigned Companies. 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Accurate recording of the accounting transactions
  • Investigation and reporting of all cash over/short, or other discrepancies
  • On-time payment of all invoices, statements, etc. including credits from vendors
  • All banking transactions
  • Accurate tracking of income/expenses between companies and projects
  • Handle all items relating to paying of employees, including W-2’s
  • Maintain all employee files with necessary forms, information, etc.
  • File all payroll reports
  • Make all payroll deposits
  • Maintain accounting files
  • Submit accounting reports to owners on a timely basis
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent telephone etiquette
  • Check system back-up on regular basis
  • Abide and enforce all company policies

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient computer skills including Quick Books, MS Word and Excel
  • At least 18 years of age with valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Accounting experience in all applications: accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated.  Can work without direct supervision
  • Strong attention to details and multi-tasking
  • Maintain professional appearance at all times while representing company in a positive way
  • Tobacco-Free Lifestyle Preferred
